Personal Energy Readings

These terms apply to all services purchased from and provided by “Mystic Dragon Divination” and/or Lisa VanGalen.

By requesting and purchasing a reading, you have acknowledged and accepted the posted Code of Ethics and understand the Legal Disclaimer.

Reminders:

All readings are for entertainment purposes only. At all times, free will and personal choice will affect the outcome of any future depicted in your reading.

You must be over the age of 18 to purchase a reading.

All readings are confidential.

Readings are not a substitute for legal, financial or medical advice and should not be viewed as such.

I reserve the right to decline a reading request at my discretion and provide a full refund. I reserve the right to decline a reading request at my discretion and provide a full refund. Reasons for declining a client may include (but are not limited to) client intoxication or undue influence from substance use, severe mental distress, exhibited violence or abusive behaviour.

In addition, the following terms apply to Personal Energy Readings:

All readings are to be paid in full in advance. A one-time fee refund is available upon request if you are not satisfied that you have received information pertinent to you or your query.

An appointment will be set, and when possible, confirmed 24 hours in advance. I understand that life has its own rhythm and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. I will willingly do so, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. However, as cancellations also affect my life, changes requested with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeit of your funds. Alternately, I can provide an online reading if time will not permit an in-person visit.

It is recommended that you record your session and review it later. Information received during a reading can often be overwhelming. Alternatively, have a friend make notes during your reading to give you information to refer to.

Rate for in person readings:

$1.00 per minute, clock starts when the cards get shuffled.

Minimum time for reading: 20 minutes

Travel: included under 30 km. Please confirm travel costs in advance for readings outside of the included travel distance.
