Magnificent Methods of Mediumship, Part 4
On March 6, 2019 by mysticdd-adminMediumship comes through in several ways.
Spiritual or Mental mediumship covers the “Clairs”, pendulum work, scrying. Manifestations fall in here as those with clairvoyance are able to see them.
Physical mediumship is when the energy you are contacting makes its presence know by flickering lights, tapping, moving objects, etc.
Healing mediumship is when a healing practitioner uses ancestral energy to heal an individual on this plane
Channelling is when the individual allows the energy to use their mouth and body to transmit the message. The medium often is unaware of what is said or done. This can also come through as automatic writing, intuitive artwork, or the creation of items by individuals who feel compelled to make the images they are being shown.
Most mediums use a combination of methods as they work, dependent on what is happening in the session.
Above everything else, do not compare your methods to any other medium. Just as you use your own filters to interpret the messages, you also set your own manner of communicating. There will always be people who cast doubt on others because their methods are different from their own.
I have frequently heard how I am not a true medium if I need a name or a photo to make my connection. In reality, I choose my focal points to be names and photos so that I have an anchor to attach to when I am speaking beyond the veil. This is one of my methods of control and protection to keep alternate energies at bay and allow the targeted energy to speak freely.
Don’t let any one tell you how to do your craft or that you can’t do it a certain way.
The most important part is to remain polite with all energies involved. You need to remain in control. Energies are only to be allowed to speak when you turn on the Open for business light. This takes time and effort, but makes your life easier to handle.
There are pendulums charts that you can try or modify to suit your needs. Each has it’s own purpose and you can create your own as you see fit. Along that line I need to cover another communication method that most of you will have heard of. OIUJA boards or spirit boards. Having been in existence for centuries, they really are nothing more than a piece of wood that has been marked and had intentions set in them to allow for the communication with the other side. Rachel Erazo has more information than I can provide and I recommend you watch her video if you are interested in learning more about them.
My caution with them, is that you need to remain in control of the board and which energy you are communicating with. There are many instances of energetic entities that find their way to you and to this side by the casual use of the Oiuja board that is not properly opened and closed. I would never take a board lightly as there is too much potential for energetic high-jacking. It is certainly not something I would suggest be used by children or novices at mediumship.
The charts that I use are similar in nature, but are made with intentions for the work I am doing. As an example, I have a chart that lists family relationship, mother, father, etc. I have one for friends or acquaintances, one for describing features, one for health issues, hair colour, there are any number of charts you can make.
Ask some clarifier questions that you are already know the answers to. Is the energy a mother/father/sister/brother/child of your client? Use a pendulum over each square in the chart to get a yes or no. This is a bit time consuming at first, but helps you to develop a pattern for questions that you like to ask. These charts can also be used to confirm details on missing persons or criminal cases. What colour was the vehicle? Was it a car/truck/van? Were there 2 people? 3? Male/female. Old/young. The possibilities are only limited by what information you think to ask for.
Most mediumship clients have a variation of the same questions: Are they OK? Is the pain gone? Are you with Grandma/Grandpa/other relatives? Can they hear us? Could anything more have been done? Is there any message? Do they visit?
No two readings are identical, so I simply ask those type of questions in which ever order the information flows. Within the reading I will also get flashes of intuitive answers, the flower message they wish to relay, and the emotion they feel most strongly.
I cry almost every time I do a reading, not because I am sad, but because the emotions are so strongly felt that crying is the easiest release. There is no shame in it. Keep the kleenex handy.
